Dane Baptise announces debut UK tour
Dane Baptiste is to embark on his first UK tour.
The Foster’s Comedy Award Best Newcomer nominee will kick off his tour next March.
The tour comes after a busy year for Baptiste, with his debut show Citizen Dane nominated for Best Newcomer in the Foster’s Comedy Awards.
He has also written and starred in his own BBC Three sitcom pilot, Sunny D, and performed at the Melbourne Comedy Festival.
Baptiste has garnered a long list of TV and radio credits recently, with appearances on Sweat the Small Stuff, Virtually Famous, Seann Walsh’s Comedy Spectacular and Live from The Comedy Store, along with an upcoming appearance on Live at the Apollo.
Now Baptiste will take his acclaimed new show Reasonable Doubts, in which he riffs on his misgivings about identity, race, and the future of our civilization, around the country.
