Review: ‘I Don’t Get It’ Open Mic Night – The Mile, South Shields.

With Edinburgh festival beginning this week and most North East clubs taking a brief hiatus whilst the comedy world takes residence in Scotland, I decided to take advantage of one of the few comedy nights running in the North East this month, namely South Shields’ very own ‘I Don’t Get It’ night at the Mile End.

Who’d have thought South Shields would have such a wealth of comedy talent? The Comedy Bunker, that’s who. Friday night saw the comedy club play host to the Make ‘em Laugh 2010 competition at The Trimmers Arms in South Shields.
