Dave Gorman announces 2014 tour

Dave Gorman will use PowerPoint again in his next stage show, which tours the UK next year.

The comic, currently appearing in Dave TV’s Modern Life is Goodish, will tour UK venues with the show, titled Dave Gorman Gets Straight to the Point* … (*The PowerPoint).

Gorman has used PowerPoint in many of his stage shows, including “Are You Dave Gorman?”, and “Googlewhack Adventure”.

Following a short break from performing live, and then a return to conventional stand-up, Gorman returned to the software for 2011’s Dave Gorman’s Powerpoint Presentation.

He comes to Harrogate, Preston, Durham, Newcastle, Liverpool and Sheffield on the three-month tour.

Gorman said: “It’s not until 2014 – I could have toured earlier, with some of the material that’s in the current TV show, but I think if people are going to buy tickets they should get new stuff in return.

“So, with other commitments factored in, 2014 it is.”
