Patrick Monahan announces 2015 stand-up tour
Patrick Monahan has announced a 46-date stand-up tour of the UK for 2015.
The Teesside stand-up will tour his latest Edinburgh Fringe show, Adventures In Monahan Land, from February 2015, with upcoming dates in Washington, Hartlepool, Newcastle, Salford, Liverpool, Leeds and more.
Monahan will also perform the show in his hometown at Middlesbrough’s Town Hall Crypt on Monday 13 July.
Speaking about the new tour, Monahan told Giggle Beats: “As a stand-up I love and look forward to building up for the next new tour, and the one coming up in 2015 is even bigger and more action packed, with more dancing, hugging and comedy. It’s like The Hunger Games trilogy, but all in one night and no-one gets killed (fingers crossed).
“One of the final dates of the tour is in my local town hall in Middlesbrough, which is full of a collection of friends and family from the old days, and new days, and newly adopted families that I’ve taken on. I can’t wait!”
